For me, creativity and wellness go hand in hand. If I am not creating, I feel stuck. If I am unwell, I generally don't feel like creating. Because of this, I make a point to create something everyday (big or small, physical or digital...) and make my mental and physical wellbeing a priority.
If you know me, you will know that I do my best to eat well, exercise and rid our home of toxins/chemicals and use natural products wherever we can. That being said, I have purple hair and I love gummy candies and wine (don't judge)! We believe in western medicine, but we also believe in the power of plants.
I am a HUGE believer in moderation and doing what is best for ourselves and our families. Every person and family is different, so take what serves you here and leave the rest.
