Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Unless otherwise noted, your order will be ready  within 1-5 days and you will be notified via email when it has been shipped or is ready for pickup.

All items are shipped standard letter mail via Canada Post. If you require a tracking number or wish to purchase insurance on your order, please note this at checkout. Additional charges may apply.

Stones + Glass Designs is not responsible for missing or undelivered packages. 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. I only ship within Canada at this time.

Stones + Glass Designs accepts secure credit card payments via Square, PayPal, Stones + Glass Designs Gift Cards, etransfer to julieschappert@gmail.com or cash on local pickups. Please note that GST/PST will be added to your order at checkout.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me ASAP. 

• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery/pickup
• Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery (shipping costs at buyers expense). Refund/exchange will be processed once items received and verified.
• Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders, including vinyl decals
• Items on sale

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
