Where creativity and wellness meet

My name is Julie and I am a photographer and maker living in Langham, SK. I am all about the yin and the yang of life - balance is everything. My Sagittarius sun needs variety and exploration, my Taurus rising loves beautiful things and my Aquarius moon loves creation and community, so it is only fitting that I have been called to do what I do!

Photography has been my jam for over 10 years, with a healthy side of creative work - from paper crafting to fibre arts (crochet and embroidery design, teaching the art of embroidery), digital illustration, jewelry making (with gemstones and crystals) - learning and sharing what I have discovered along the way.

Photography has allowed me to share the gift of connection, being able to capture families, events and ceremonies. I find great joy in being able to hold space and provide these memories for my clients, who often become friends. I love the little details and let the magic of each person/place/family/event shine in my work.

Creative work has allowed me to express myself through all sorts of mediums and it, too, has allowed me to develop the most amazing connections through learning and teaching. As a fairly introverted person, my creative alone time helps me ground myself in a very healing, therapeutic way. Because creating is such a profound healer for me, I offer workshops and kits to get others making, in hopes it may be able to help them, too. 

Passionate about natural wellness, healing trauma, living my best life and helping others do the same, I have worked with and educated on essential oils since 2016, obtained my Reiki Practitioner Levels 1&2, as well as my Sage Goddess Level 1 Crystal Master certifications. I truly believe that we are here to heal - for ourselves and for our future generations - and that it all starts with energy work and what we have within.
